About CryptoPigs

CryptoPigs is an independent crypto blog. We write the guides and reviews we wish we had when we started: plain English, real tradeoffs, and no shilling dressed up as analysis.

Why this site exists

Most crypto content is either written by people who have never opened a wallet, or by people getting paid to pump a token. We got tired of both. So we started publishing the explainers and hands-on reviews we actually wanted to read: what a tool does, where it breaks, and whether it is worth your time.

We are not a fund, a signals group, or a team of ex-bankers with a secret edge. We are crypto users who read the docs, test the apps, and write it down. Nothing here is financial advice, and we will never pretend to know where the market goes next.

How We Work

🧭

Honest by default

If a coin or tool is risky or overhyped, we say so. Sponsored posts are always labelled.

🛠️

Hands-on

We test wallets, exchanges and tools with our own accounts before we write about them.

💬

Plain English

Jargon gets explained the first time it shows up. No gatekeeping, no word salad.

⚠️

Not financial advice

Everything here is educational. We do not tell you what to buy, and we cannot predict prices.

Who Writes This

Articles run under the pen name CryptoPig. It is a byline, not a guru. The writing is opinionated on purpose, but the facts are not made up: when we share a number, a fee, or a setup step, it comes from the docs or from actually doing it.

Found something wrong or out of date? That is genuinely useful to us. Tell us and we will fix it and credit the correction.

How We Make Money

CryptoPigs is published by the team behind SEO Turtle, a crypto SEO agency. Some posts are sponsored, and some links may be affiliate links. When that is the case, we label it clearly on the page.

Being paid never buys a good review. If a sponsor's product has problems, we still write about the problems. If we would not use it ourselves, we say that too.
